2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When merchants and users connect their stores or social media accounts to MadarDZ, we collect only the data strictly necessary to provide order management, customer support automation, and shipping integration:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details.
• Meta & Messaging Data (via Official APIs): When you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram Professional Account, or WhatsApp Business Account, we process incoming and outgoing messages, page/account IDs, and webhook events strictly to display them in your unified inbox and execute your automated order workflows.
• E-commerce & Shipping Data: Customer delivery details (name, phone, address, order items) required to confirm orders and generate waybills with local courier services.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Provide real-time customer messaging and automated order confirmation on behalf of the merchant.
• Synchronize confirmed orders with third-party logistics and delivery providers selected by the merchant.
• Maintain security, prevent fraudulent orders, and provide technical support.

We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade any personal data, merchant data, or Meta platform data to third parties or advertisers under any circumstances.

4. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

All API tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-256). Messaging logs and order records are retained only for as long as the merchant maintains an active account, or for up to 90 days for operational processing, after which they are archived or permanently deleted.

5. USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS (META PLATFORM COMPLIANCE)

In full compliance with Meta Platform Terms, users and merchants have the absolute right to request the complete deletion of their data and disconnect their integrated pages/accounts at any time:

• Automatic Disconnection: You can remove MadarDZ access directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings (Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Security and Login -> Business Integrations) and remove the MadarDZ app.
• Direct Deletion Request: To request the permanent deletion of all your stored data, messages, and account records from our servers, send an email to contact@shop-gateway.online with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email or Page ID.
• Processing Time: All deletion requests are processed and permanently executed within 24 to 48 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent to you once completed.
